Our J Taste Agemochi Rice Crackers are made from premium Japanese rice and are deep-fried in 100% rice bran oil, which is noted under the Features section on the product page.
Rice bran oil is extracted from the outer layer of rice grains and is often used in Japanese cooking for its clean flavor and ability to produce a light, crispy texture without feeling greasy.
That said, we understand that fried foods aren’t for everyone. If you’re looking for a non-fried alternative, we recommend trying our J Taste Norimaki Arare Nori Seaweed Rice Crackers, which are oven-baked and not fried.
